Internal Sleep Studies

These studies were conducted by the Elva Health research team to understand real-world effects of the Sleep Reset Device and method. They are observational internal evaluations (not third-party verified or peer-reviewed). Wearable outputs are treated as trends; lived sleep quality and symptom logs lead our evaluation.

Prospective

Comparative Effects of a Non-Invasive Sleep Reset Device on Jaw-Muscle Hyperactivity and Device Durability in Adults with Sleep Bruxism

Forward-looking, real-world cohort comparing a traditional hard-acrylic guard to the Sleep Reset Device (SRD). Over 12 months, SRD users showed ~11% improvement in muscle imbalance, while traditional-guard users changed little. SRD devices remained in function at 12 months in this cohort.

Design: Prospective observational Focus: Jaw & face muscle balance Setting: Home use

Retrospective

Efficacy of a Non-Invasive Oral Device in Improving Deep Sleep: A Retrospective Cohort Study

Retrospective analysis of 504 adults using the SRD nightly, with deep-sleep trends estimated by Apple Watch across 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. All baseline-concern groups improved; the largest effect occurred in participants with major concerns at baseline (up to 71% improvement by 12 months).

Design: Retrospective cohort Focus: Sleep quality & restoration Data: Client logs & wearables
