A personalised online assessment that analyses your jaw tension, airway mechanics, and related symptoms. You receive a written conclusion with findings and, where appropriate, a recommendation regarding the Reset Device.

A personal one-to-one consultation with Dr. Olha Kozyk conducted online. Includes a detailed review of your jaw and airway symptoms, a personalised assessment, and a written recommendation. Suitable for clients who prefer direct guidance from Dr. Kozyk before making any decision.
The Reset Device by Elva Health
A custom-made wellness device designed to support jaw positioning, tongue posture, and airway mechanics during sleep. Each device is individually crafted from a 3D dental scan using precision digital technologies and biocompatible, hypoallergenic materials. The Reset Device is developed using a patented method and includes a 12-month quality guarantee and a support period with individual guidance. No clinic visits are required beyond a single 3D scan at a dental office.
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics, as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos. All content is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our express prior written permission.

Because the Reset Device is custom-made to your individual dental measurements, it cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, all sales of the Reset Device are final and no refund will be issued once production has begun.
For assessment and consultation services, refunds are not available once the service has been delivered. If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us at contact@elvahealth.ch and we will do our best to resolve it.
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. These terms do not affect those rights.
You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: systematically retrieving data to create databases without permission; circumventing security features; uploading malicious code; impersonating other users; using the Services to compete with us; and any use that violates applicable law.

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. If your habitual residence is in the EU, you additionally retain the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel, Switzerland.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days from written notice.
Any unresolved dispute shall be determined by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the European Court of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Basel, Switzerland. The language of proceedings shall be English. Swiss law applies.
Disputes concerning intellectual property rights, allegations of theft or piracy, or claims for injunctive relief are not subject to arbitration.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have specific medical concerns such as sleep apnea, bruxism, or temporomandibular joint disorders, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
By purchasing and using the Reset Device, you acknowledge that you are responsible for following the provided instructions for use, care, and maintenance. You will discontinue use and seek professional advice if you experience persistent discomfort or adverse effects. You understand the Reset Device is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
The Reset Device is covered by a 12-month warranty against material defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or storage; normal wear and tear; or issues arising from failure to follow the provided instructions. Elva Health disclaims liability for misuse of the device or use as a substitute for medical treatment.
The Reset Device by Elva Health complies with the General Product Safety Directive (GPSD) 2001/95/EC and other applicable EU regulations for non-medical wellness devices. It is not classified as a medical device under the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745. Elva Health maintains a post-market surveillance system to monitor device safety and performance.
